Join the Quantitative Research & Investments Technology (QRIT) team within Fidelity Asset Management Technology. Our mission is to design, build, and enhance a comprehensive Systematic Fixed Income research and portfolio construction ecosystem. We partner closely with quant research and investments teams to drive innovation in financial modeling and portfolio management.
As a Senior Quant Engineer, you will bridge the gap between quantitative strategy and engineering execution. This role involves hands-on development where you collaborate with a team of software engineers and quantitative developers to support the full lifecycle of our fixed income systems. You will be responsible for architecting robust solutions, integrating complex data services, and ensuring the reliability of our trading and research platforms.
The position requires strong communication skills to capture requirements from various stakeholders and formulate strategic plans. You will influence decisions and engage across Fidelity at all levels of the organization, ensuring that technical solutions align with business goals.
