About the Role

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team at the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, TX. As the Lead KBR Manager at RRAD, you will serve as the single point of contact for all contractor operations and management functions across four project locations, including CONUS and TDY missions OCONUS.

Reporting to the Army and Strategic Programs Director of Operations, you will lead a Union and Non-Union workforce of 1,200 FTEs, managing complex deliverables, production schedules, and a program annual operating budget exceeding $400M. Your day-to-day involves ensuring strict adherence to KBR's "Zero Harm" safety culture, managing subcontractor augmentation, and acting as the primary interface for contract administration with the customer. You will drive mission success by executing work according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and maintaining rigorous compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
