About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as an ambassador for E2 Optics, overseeing all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closing. You will supervise and direct project resources to deliver value effectively and consistently to our customers, ensuring strategic alignment and the execution of corporate operational processes.
Your mission is to drive the timely delivery of safely completed project work that exceeds quality expectations while remaining compliant with contract documents, schedules, and budgets. You will manage installation strategies to leverage industry best practices, ensure subcontractor performance, and proactively allocate resources to support a holistic risk and safety management program. This role requires the ability to identify change events and implement change management best practices in fast-moving, future-focused environments.

Work Environment
This position operates in both indoor business offices and construction environments. The role involves moderate noise levels and requires frequent standing, walking, and physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The position may require climbing ladders to 20 feet and operating equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs. Work may also take place in tight and confined spaces.
