KS Engineers, P.C. is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for Pennsylvania reciprocity; 12 to 15 years of experience in site and civil engineering; Thorough knowledge of Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) stormwater regulations and drainage manual; and Familiarity with Philadelphia Code, zoning, and permitting through Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I), Department of Streets, and PCPC.
