We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in enhancing, replacing, and integrating a client's existing legacy systems into a new, modernized platform. This initiative aims to streamline business processes and deliver more efficient online services to users. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight across all project phases, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Beyond traditional project management, this position requires technical oversight. You will guide a consultant team in key domains including enterprise architecture, network infrastructure, database administration, cybersecurity, and application development. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with QA and UAT teams to ensure rigorous testing, facilitating problem resolution, and leading knowledge transfer efforts to ensure the successful adoption of the new system.
Candidates must be prepared to provide client/user end reference contact information for applicable projects meeting the qualification requirements. Upon request, you must submit completed reference forms signed by the referenced individual, who must have served in a management or supervisory role at the company where the project was developed.

Experience working with MS Project to manage project activities. Experience facilitating lessons learned and managing the resulting process improvements. Experience developing and maintaining a management dashboard using metrics encompassing cost, schedule, quality, risks, and issues. Experience working on projects under CDT's SIMM 19 Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process. Experience delivering project solutions utilizing an Agile framework or methodologies.
