The Senior Project Manager is a rising star and growing expert in the field of agency Project Management. In this role, you will manage, mentor, and lead Project Managers and Junior Project Managers while collaborating with the Director of Project Management to build and fortify an effective Project Management discipline within a full-service advertising agency.
You will establish a global and granular view of all assigned client accounts and their respective workloads, leading internal teams to complete quality work from inception to completion. As a pragmatic visionary, you will lead by example, remaining calm in high-pressure situations and focusing on what is possible rather than just risk. Your natural ability to build collaborative teams and your interest in creative development will be central to integrating multiple departments and ensuring flawless execution on time and budget.
You are expected to continuously seek to refine your craft by actively seeking mentorship from agency leadership. You will investigate and share updates on innovations in our industry related to process, technology, and team building. This role requires a confident yet humble leader who is passionate about elevating junior-level staff and accepting constructive criticism to grow.
