We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Quality & Mission Assurance Engineer with our Naval Power - Radar Sensor Systems team. This is an onsite role located in Plano, Texas.
In this position, you will interface with program quality teams, programs, customers, and supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to support technical quality, financial performance, and compliance with Raytheon procedures and contractual requirements. You will serve as a program quality liaison across customer organizations, including the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the United States Government, acting as the first responder for quality issues related to development and production products.
Your day-to-day will involve leading root cause analysis, facilitating corrective actions, and implementing closed-loop process controls to improve product and process predictability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and program leadership to define and implement quality improvement strategies, ensuring all development hardware is appropriately documented in quality history records. Additionally, you will support the generation of new Cost of Quality (CoQ) projects to reduce costs and assist in the implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and various audits.

Working experience using Industry and Government Quality and Mission Assurance requirements and standards. Working experience in predictive and proactive measures and metrics assessments and developing actions to improve performance or mitigate problems. Experience using written/verbal presentation skills.
