Our team works closely with Production Operations, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, Controls/Capital Engineering, Operations Excellence, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and ensure the efficient production of our dairy offerings.

About the Role

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our upstream dairy processes, specifically focusing on blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration, and sanitation. This position is designed for a subject matter expert in fluid-related process engineering who is passionate about enhancing efficiency, productivity, and safety.

In this role, you will evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in cost reduction, risk mitigation, and process capability. You will actively develop and drive engineering strategies that align with organizational priorities, focusing on maximizing output, minimizing downtime, and streamlining operations. Your day-to-day work involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data for process optimization, leading capital project developments from concept to commissioning, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, including process manuals, P&IDs, and standard operating procedures, while working to standardize processes and share best practices across the plant. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations, process safety, and the ability to interpret customer requirements to ensure they are met in production.

Location & Relocation

This position is based in Mount Vernon, MO. We offer a generous relocation package for candidates moving more than 50 miles, including a $10,000 relocation bonus.
