Based at the Marsh Medical Center in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, this Senior Pharmacy Technician position is a vital component of our clinical team. In this role, you will go beyond standard dispensing duties to serve as a mentor and resource for leadership and staff. You will exercise significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches, often looking beyond immediate problems to generate new solutions and modify existing processes.
As a senior member of the team, you will assist pharmacists in compounding and preparing prescriptions while maintaining robust drug inventory and stock control systems. Your day will involve establishing patient profiles, coordinating quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring a safe working environment that adheres to state laws and regulations. You will be a key figure in resolving day-to-day challenges and supporting the implementation of new techniques to enhance patient care.
