As a Senior Operation Analyst within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, you will execute routine and complex transactions of varying risk and financial value, utilizing standard policies and procedures. You may have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas, serving as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Your day will involve partnering internally with service partners to route calls and documents, and potentially interacting with external customers to complete transactions.
You will ensure appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions and confirm equipment is operational. Beyond execution, you will provide consultation and advice to internal and external customers, reviewing existing processes to recommend improvements and assisting with implementation. You may serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects and assist in the training and onboarding of new hires. Additionally, you will review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies.
