About the Opportunity
OpenKyber is seeking a Senior Middleware/Gateway Application Developer for a 12+ month contract based in Jersey City, NJ. This role focuses on developing enhancements for critical Middleware and Gateway applications, requiring a deep understanding of procedural and object-oriented programming techniques.
The Role
In this position, you will leverage extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Unix scripting to drive application development and maintenance. A core component of the role involves utilizing the Autosys scheduler for robust job management. You will be responsible for debugging, performance tuning, runtime analysis, and system monitoring to ensure optimal application health.
Beyond technical execution, you will define testing scenarios, develop test scripts, and create end-user documentation and training materials. Success in this role requires strong written and oral communication skills and an open communication style to effectively collaborate with the team.
