As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on Missiles, you will play a key role in shaping the manufacturing design for Anduril's Missile division. Your core mission is to ensure the highest production quality while supporting the development and implementation of new products across several program designs. This role encompasses the entire manufacturing value chain, from Design for Manufacturability and tool selection to process optimization, vendor collaboration, and quality planning.
You will serve as the manufacturing liaison for mechanical fabrication and avionics, bringing subject matter expertise to drive design for manufacturing best practices. Your work will span the full lifecycle of a product, from initial prototyping through large-scale production. You will own the documentation required to successfully manufacture hardware at scale, including MBOMs and work instructions, while advising on quality management and business application programs.
In this position, you will instill a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the manufacturing engineering product team. You will develop production and test methodologies to enable scaling capabilities for larger, more complex products, and you will travel to supplier and partner sites to handle sourcing, solve production issues, and implement process procedures.

Experience building or transforming successful production operation organizations and leading large-scale change management initiatives. Harness & PCBA fabrication experience, including prior work with or setup/modification/monitoring SMT processes. Hands-on experience with R/C and/or autonomous flight vehicles, flight controllers, or other related control systems. Current active U.S. Secret security clearance. Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware via any means (machining, fabrication, soldering, assembly, etc.) through personal or extracurricular projects.
