Your Impact

Axon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Tax Technology to support and enhance technology enablement for our global tax function. This role will lead process improvement efforts, support tax-related systems and data flows, and help design scalable solutions across the broader tax technology ecosystem.

This is not a pure tax technical role or a pure IT role. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of systems thinking, process improvement, problem-solving, and technical fluency, along with enough tax knowledge to operate effectively in a complex international environment. This person should be able to assess issues holistically, understand how systems and data interact, and help architect practical, scalable solutions that deliver value quickly.

Work Location

This role follows a hybrid schedule based near our US Hubs: Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Seattle, New York City, or Scottsdale. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
