This position serves as an experienced information architect and strategic leader within the proposal development function. You will design and structure content for complex, customer-facing documents, acting as a vital resource for the writing team to implement deal-specific structures. As a trusted backup to the project director for proposal writing, you will oversee the end-to-end development process for high-value and complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
The role is deeply rooted in translating complex technical and operational details into compelling, compliant narratives. You will interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) to craft winning strategies. This involves gathering insights from subject matter experts through skilled interviewing and converting that information into persuasive solution approaches. You will also mentor junior team members, maintain a library of proposal content and templates, and stay current on industry trends to enhance overall proposal quality.
