This position serves as an experienced information architect and proposal leader, designed to structure and craft compelling content for complex, customer-facing documents. You will act as a strategic partner to the project director, providing backup support while leading the development process for high-value and intricate projects. The role exists to ensure that every proposal not only meets strict compliance requirements but also tells a persuasive story that highlights the company's strengths and capabilities.
In this capacity, you will interpret Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) to determine winning strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, technical experts, and graphic designers—to gather insights and translate complex technical or operational details into clear, client-facing narratives. A key part of your day involves conducting comprehensive research, interviewing subject matter experts to extract critical information, and mentoring junior team members to elevate the overall quality of the proposal library.
