This position serves as a strategic partner in driving high-value proposal success, acting as an experienced information architect who designs and structures content for complex customer-facing documents. You will lead the proposal development process for intricate projects, interpreting RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs to craft compelling win themes and executive summaries that highlight the company's strengths.
As a key resource for the writing team, you will implement deal-specific structures and serve as a backup to the project director. The role demands a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative storytelling, requiring you to gather information from subject matter experts and translate complex technical and operational details into persuasive, compliant narratives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure every proposal aligns with business goals and meets rigorous deadlines.
