This position serves as an experienced information architect and proposal leader, responsible for designing and structuring content for complex, customer-facing documents. You will act as a strategic resource for the writing team, implementing deal-specific structures and serving as a trusted backup to the project director for proposal writing.
The role is critical in translating complex technical and operational details into compelling, compliant narratives. You will interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) to develop high-level strategies and win themes. As a mentor, you will guide junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to deliver high-value proposals under tight deadlines. You will maintain a library of proposal content and templates, ensuring the team stays updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance overall proposal quality.
