This position serves as an experienced information architect and proposal leader, responsible for designing and structuring content for complex, customer-facing documents. You will act as a strategic resource for the writing team, implementing deal-specific structures and serving as a trusted backup to the project director. The role is critical in translating complex technical and operational details into compelling, compliant narratives that drive business success.
You will oversee the end-to-end proposal development process for high-value and complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. This involves interpreting RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs to determine requirements, conducting comprehensive research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technical experts. As a mentor, you will guide junior team members and maintain a library of proposal content and templates to enhance future efficiency.
