This position serves as a strategic partner in shaping high-value, complex proposal narratives for Maximus. As an experienced information architect, you will design and structure content for customer-facing documents, ensuring they are not only compliant but compelling. You will act as a resource for the writing team, implementing deal-specific structures and serving as a trusted backup to the project director for proposal writing.
The role is critical in translating complex technical and operational details into persuasive, client-facing narratives. You will interpret Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) to determine winning strategies. This involves gathering insights from subject matter experts through skilled interviewing and synthesizing that information into original, high-quality content that highlights the company's strengths.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical experts, and graphic designers, to deliver comprehensive proposals under tight deadlines. In addition to managing the development process, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in proposal quality.
