This position serves as an experienced information architect and strategic leader within the proposal development function. You will design and structure content for complex, customer-facing documents, acting as a vital resource for the writing team to implement deal-specific structures. As a key backup to the project director for proposal writing, you will oversee multiple proposal projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and managing high-value, complex project lifecycles.
The role is designed for a professional who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. You will interpret RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs to determine requirements, conducting comprehensive research to gather insights. You will also provide mentorship to junior team members and manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients through active participation in meetings and presentations.
