Senior Manager of Proposal Writing (US State & Local Health and Human Services)

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner in driving high-value proposal success, acting as an experienced information architect who designs and structures content for complex customer-facing documents. You will function as a resource for the writing team, implementing deal-specific structures and serving as a trusted backup to the project director for proposal writing.

The role exists to ensure that every proposal not only meets strict compliance requirements but also tells a compelling story that highlights the company's strengths. You will interpret complex RFPs, RFQs, and IFBs to develop winning strategies, translating technical and operational details into persuasive narratives. This is a dynamic position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to turn raw information into polished, original content.
