Senior Manager, Manufacturing Test Development

About the Role

Jabil is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Test Development to drive transformative growth within our Intelligent Infrastructure division. In this pivotal position, you will lead the development of rack-scale manufacturing test solutions specifically designed for hyperscale, AI, and data center infrastructure platforms. This role sits at the unique intersection of software, hardware, and manufacturing, requiring you to manage the technical direction of rack-scale test software and system integration programs through the lens of the customer, factory, and services.

You will serve as the primary technical interface for rack-scale manufacturing test development, guiding initiatives from concept through production delivery. Your day-to-day involves partnering with hyperscale and AI customers, strategic suppliers, and internal teams—including engineering, product management, program management, and quality—to ensure solutions meet the rigorous standards of Jabil's world-class manufacturing environments. This is not an application QA or software testing role; it demands leaders with hands-on experience in rack-scale systems, server hardware, and manufacturing test or system validation environments.

As a leader, you will define and drive the rack test software roadmap, overseeing automation, orchestration, and deployment into factory environments. You will be empowered to make key decisions regarding quality, coverage, and features that directly impact production efficiency and customer experience, while influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.

Location and Work Model

This position is open to candidates located locally in Austin, Texas, or working remotely within the USA. The role involves managing manufacturing technical and quality excursions through hands-on engineering analysis and may require domestic and/or international travel up to 30%.
