Within our Specialized Tax Services (STS) business, the Business Incentives Group (BIG) is a critical leadership team focused on helping clients identify, document, and support tax positions related to their BIG tax credits and deductions. We are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to middle-market leaders by sharing insight-driven perspectives and helping companies move from "business as usual" to "better than usual."
The Tax Senior Manager for the Business Incentives Group serves as a pivotal member of the STS BIG leadership team. Beyond technical expertise, this role actively drives the marketing and business development of the BIG practice. You will act as a primary contact on assigned engagements, serving as a source of guidance to team members while maintaining strong client relationships.
In this position, you will develop and drive process improvement and team-building initiatives. Your day-to-day involves partnering with clients to optimize their tax positions, representing them before tax authorities, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. You will also supervise and mentor STS BIG Managers, Senior Associates, Associates, and Interns, acting as a career advisor to foster their professional development and ensure a positive, high-performing team environment.
