The Senior Manager, Adult Tournaments serves as the primary national lead for Adult Tournaments, ensuring alignment with the Adult Competition Strategic Plan while fostering collaboration across USTA Sections, committees, and international governing bodies. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight for the USTA Adult Tournament portfolio and ITF Masters Tour United States teams.
You will drive growth initiatives across NTRP, WTN, and unsanctioned tournament formats, optimizing the national tournament lifecycle from sanctioning to site selection. As a key liaison, you will serve as the primary contact for all USTA Adult Tournaments and the ITF Masters Tour, leading national meetings and fostering external partnerships with organizations like the ITF and ITA. Your day will involve managing the NTRP National Championships and USTA Masters Championships, supervising the Coordinator of USTA Adult Tournaments, and partnering with Marketing and Digital teams to enhance engagement.
