As a Lighting Manager for Elevated Experiences, you will report to the Director of Elevated Experiences. This role is central to bringing our immersive vision to life, ensuring that every lighting plot and execution aligns with our festival brand standards. You will be the bridge between creative concepts and technical reality, managing the entire lifecycle of lighting operations from pre-production planning to onsite execution and post-production strike.
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced. You must be prepared to tolerate loud noise levels, busy environments, and drastic temperature climates. The role requires frequent travel to work events, often during holidays, evenings, and weekends, to meet critical deadlines and ensure seamless show operations.
