Accruity is a fast-scaling Finance as a Service firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs win by unlocking growth, clarity, and creating lasting impact. Our mission is to build the best end-to-end financial services platform at scale, with a goal of reaching $30M in revenue and a $40M valuation by December 31, 2029.
We specialize in serving entrepreneurs who are overwhelmed, underserved, or operating without the financial clarity needed to scale. Our clients are primarily real estate investors and small-to-mid-sized business owners who need a trusted financial partner to handle the heavy lifting with clarity, consistency, and care.
This role is designed for a leader who takes ownership from start to finish, invests deeply in relationships, and raises the bar as a baseline for excellence. You will serve as the bridge between complex financial data and the human stories behind the numbers, ensuring your team delivers client-ready financials with accuracy and confidence.
In this position, you will lead, develop, and protect the performance of your pod. Your day-to-day involves mentoring Senior Accountants, Staff Accountants, and Bookkeepers while managing team utilization to balance capacity and engagement mix. You will drive delivery quality by overseeing month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple client accounts, using scorecard metrics to identify and fix risks before they become client issues.
You will also be responsible for improving the systems and workflows your team runs on, turning ambiguity into actionable structure. By monitoring revenue, gross margin, and scope tension, you will proactively address issues to ensure engagement health and client satisfaction.
Accruity runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). As a member of this team, you will work with a leader who provides clear directions, ensures you have the necessary tools, and acts with the greater good in mind. We value effective communication, appropriate delegation, and regular one-on-one check-ins to truly understand your role and how you contribute to the company's success.
If you are ready to step into a leadership role where your expertise helps shape client outcomes, strengthen a growing team, and build reliable accounting systems, we would love to meet you.
