About the Role
In this position, you will serve as a pivotal project lead, supporting the direction of the program by developing, guiding, and monitoring all aspects of schedule, administration, and performance. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership, coordinating and collaborating with Government officials to ensure they remain informed and up to date on program status.
Your day-to-day involves translating business and user needs into proper requirements specifications while managing cost, risk, and quality assurance. You will utilize expert communication skills to direct skilled technical resources, report on technical progress, and resolve issues efficiently. A key part of your mission is to maintain transparency with the Government PM, communicating issues and solutions in a timely manner while ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. The position is contingent upon the award of the contract and requires on-site presence in Bethesda, MD.
