We are recruiting for a Senior Highway Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh or Harrisburg, PA. This role is designed for professionals with 8+ years of experience in roadway design on PennDOT and/or Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects. You will partner with project staff, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients to ensure the accuracy and quality of geometric roadway design, analyses, and contract documents (PS&E). The position requires managing project documentation, schedules, budgets, and scope, while adapting to work-sharing opportunities with Lochner offices nationwide to deliver projects on time.
