About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Higher Education Strategy Consultant to lead institutional strategy design, operational planning, and governance optimization. This role requires deep expertise in academic and administrative transformation, financial sustainability, and system-wide planning. The consultant will work closely with leadership to assess current capabilities, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable outputs.
In this position, you will facilitate workshops with senior leadership to define priorities and roadmaps, while developing frameworks for governance, accountability, and performance monitoring. You will provide thought leadership on higher education trends and emerging practices, translating strategic objectives into measurable outcomes. Your work will guide leadership in implementing organizational change initiatives, ensuring a transformation roadmap that effectively guides implementation.
Hiring Process
