Raytheon's Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal processing technology within Raytheon. The department is responsible for the design, development, integration, and support to production builds, and lifecycle support of Raytheon products.

About the Role

This position serves as a multi-discipline Senior Hardware Production Support Engineer, acting as the critical liaison between design engineers, the factory, and suppliers. You will be responsible for solving design and manufacturing problems while providing highly innovative solutions across product assembly, integration, test, statistical process control, and transition to production applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production and transition issues. You will lead failure analysis and root cause determination, performing circuit analysis including characterization, modeling, and simulation of electrical signals in electronics subsystems. The role involves supporting the transition to production of new products and partnering in the development and troubleshooting of test equipment.

This is a 1st shift, 100% on-site role based in Tewksbury, MA. The position requires frequent travel between multiple sites, including Andover, MA, and infrequent travel to Tucson, AZ (approximately twice per year).

Hiring Process and Application

Candidates must possess an active U.S. government issued Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
