Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead development of Internal Program Review presentations for management
- check_circlePrepare financial Contract Data Requirements ensuring customer deliverables are accurate
- check_circleRepresent Finance Team in leadership meetings providing financial insight, risks, and recommendations
- check_circleSupport account receivables during billing processing and resolve unbilled issues
- check_circlePrepare subcontractor and vendor accruals in accordance with GAAP and internal policies
- check_circleEnsure program revenue and profit is recorded in compliance with the EAC
- check_circlePrepare Contract financial Estimates at Complete and monitor overall costs against CLIN ceilings
- check_circleLead financial management of large contracts including cost, schedule, and funding planning
- check_circleIdentify contract risks and profit improvement opportunities in collaboration with PM and Contracts
- check_circleReview and assess contract modifications advising program management on impacts
- check_circleMonitor funding status and provide timely notification by line-item detail
- check_circleDevelop Work Breakdown Structures, Basis of Estimates, and time-phased budgets
Requirements
- verified10 years’ experience with project cost control or financial management
- verifiedexperience with project cost control or financial management and contract interpretation, budget development, including financial data, analysis.
- verifiedHigh School Diploma.
- verifiedUS citizenship required for work under DOD contract.
- verifiedwork under DOD contract
