As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead and collaborate on critical strategic and productivity initiatives, including new base openings, acquisition evaluations, cost controls, and variance analysis.
In this position, you will manage the monthly close and reporting cycle, leveraging variance analysis to drive business results. You will act as the primary liaison for special projects and problems, working closely with departmental personnel to support budget and forecast activities. Your work will involve developing processes to monitor key operating statistics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in data collection and analytical procedures. You will also serve as a key resource for financial modeling, new contract support, and ongoing business tracking, ensuring that financial measures of operations align with the organization's mission.
