As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Finance Operations, the COO of Med Trans, and the President of GMR Health Systems. This role is designed to lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions across Med Trans Corporation and GMR Health Systems. You will drive business results by leveraging variance analysis and managing the monthly close and reporting cycle.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison for special projects and problems, collaborating across the GMR footprint to support revenue, operational, and business initiatives. Your work will involve developing financial models for new contracts, evaluating acquisitions, and monitoring key operating statistics to ensure compliance with hospital and partner contracts. You will be instrumental in improving efficiency within the accounting process and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in data collection and analytical procedures.
