CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is a global, privately held, full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) dedicated to advancing treatments for chronically and critically ill patient populations. Headquartered in the Greater Cincinnati, OH region, we collaborate with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device firms to support clinical research throughout the entire development lifecycle, from drug concept to commercialization.
This position serves as a strategic partner in the clinical trial lifecycle, independently sourcing and analyzing data to develop site, country, and investigator strategies for proposals and post-award feasibility offerings. You will be the driving force behind compiling feasibility reports, presentations, and assessments, utilizing internal metrics and investigator feedback to project enrollment potential worldwide.
In this role, you will advise project teams on feasibility activities, applying critical thinking to analyze therapeutic area data, including incidence, prevalence, standard of care, and treatment trends. Your day-to-day involves conducting database and literature searches to identify suitable sites, creating and coordinating site surveys to gather key information on study feasibility, and overseeing the collection and analysis of site data to identify trends and capabilities. You will lead feasibility calls, ensure data accuracy within the CTI feasibility database, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Monitoring, Contracts, and RASSU to enable the Study Start-Up process. Additionally, you will play a key role in process improvement, mentoring junior staff, and representing the Feasibility Department in bid defense and client kick-off meetings.
