The Mission Concepts & Capabilities (MCC) division of Applied Research Associates, Inc. We are seeking a responsive and proactive Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Office of Naval Research and the Naval Research Laboratory. This role is critical in facilitating the flow of information within the organization and to external agencies. The successful candidate will assist in compiling, preparing, and routing technical documents, ensuring seamless communication across government and corporate lines.
Beyond document management, you will handle all travel arrangements and serve as a primary point of contact for resolving issues faced by company employees. This position operates within a dynamic environment that blends on-site work at ARA facilities in the National Capital Region with approved telecommuting. The role is contingent upon the award of a contract expected in late summer or early fall 2024.
