HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to support advanced undersea warfare (USW) combat systems engineering, testing, and technical assessment activities. This role provides senior-level engineering expertise in shipboard electronic systems, test execution, and performance evaluation for mission-critical maritime platforms.
You will contribute to system integration efforts, technical documentation, and assessment activities that ensure the reliability and effectiveness of complex naval combat systems. As a member of the shipboard USW Combat System test team, you will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on assigned equipment, overseeing scheduled system tests, recording results, and reporting findings. You will also provide System Engineering support by reviewing existing Test and Evaluation (T&E) processes with the goal of continuous improvement and planning for future requirements.
This is a key engineering role supporting sophisticated maritime combat systems and advanced electronic technologies. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced engineers, technicians, and mission stakeholders, influencing engineering solutions that support maritime operational excellence. The position is based at Naval Station Pearl Harbor in Oahu, Hawaii.
