Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with Engineering during concept, design, and print reviews to ensure smooth print release and assembly
- check_circlePlan, organize, and control the electrical assembly process including budgets, schedules, materials, and WIP expectations
- check_circleKeep project teams informed on workload, timelines, material status, issues, and budget considerations
- check_circleLead and mentor team members by providing daily direction, supporting skill development, and conducting performance reviews
- check_circleAssist the Electrical Manager in developing the team through leadership, training, accountability, and positive engagement
- check_circleSupport quoting activities by providing input on concepts, hours, and material costs
- check_circleCoordinate equipment teardown, installation, and sequencing to support successful builds and shipments
- check_circleUphold company standards for safety, quality, documentation, and customer service
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure proper communication of changes, issues, and project risks
- check_circleIdentify and drive best practices, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements within the electrical team
- check_circleWork cross-functionally with all departments through every phase of the project including debug and runoff
Requirements
