As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design, development, integration, and validation of electrical systems across commercial and industrial programs. This position focuses on delivering robust, scalable, and cost-effective electrical solutions for product development, manufacturing, and operational environments. You will be responsible for cable and wiring harness design, development, and integration, ensuring signal integrity and compliance with EMI/EMC considerations.
You will work within a dynamic, collaborative team that thrives on innovation. The role involves leading electrical design efforts from concept through final production, executing fast-paced, short-timeline projects, and participating in design reviews to support production and integration activities. Your contributions will directly impact the nation's security by ensuring the reliability of critical defense systems.
This is an on-site position located at our R&D Lab. Please note that no telework or hybrid arrangements are available for this role. The standard work hours are 0600-1430, with some overtime required based on mission needs. Travel requirements are approximately 5-10%.
