About the Role
You will join the Navigation & Sensor Solutions Hardware Engineering team at our newly constructed facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This team is dedicated to developing industry-leading navigation technologies, specifically Modernized M-Code GPS Receivers for critical defense programs.
In this role, you will become part of a Hardware Engineering Team responsible for the complete hardware product development lifecycle. This includes hardware requirements analysis and capture, design, integration, and product verification, as well as operations and customer support. You will work closely with system and software development teams and utilize GPS labs to integrate and test products. Your focus will be on solving complex problems and creatively designing advanced navigation systems, balancing the development of military GPS products with the latest technology while maintaining legacy receivers.

Time management skills - ability to work unsupervised, multi-task, and coordinate work. Effectively interact and build trust with team members from many different backgrounds, including engineering management and cross-discipline engineering teams. Effective communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
