About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Director of Engagement to lead our donor experience and engagement strategy. This pivotal role focuses on managing significant events and initiatives related to our $1 billion capital campaign. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in nonprofit development and campaign management, combined with excellent storytelling skills and a deep commitment to equity.

Location and Work Model

This is a fully remote position. While the role is remote, we prefer candidates based in key cities such as San Francisco, Washington, DC, and New York.
