About the Role
Parexel is seeking a highly motivated and creative leader to drive our global events strategy and manage the events team. As the Senior Director of Events and Conferences, you will report directly to the SVP of Marketing & External Communications. This role is essential for connecting Parexel's key stakeholders with live programs, thought leadership, and content that engages, educates, and inspires participants from around the world.
You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and management of high-quality events designed to drive organizational goals, including lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and brand-building. Success in this position involves developing compelling, innovative, and cohesive world-class experiences that advance Parexel's mission and impact. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all events reflect Parexel's identity and strategic priorities while maintaining the company's professional standards.
The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented and proactive, anticipating issues and integrating creative strategies to meet client and senior leadership requests. You will lead a high-performance team and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex events.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
