The Senior Director, Cancer Clinical Research serves as a strategic leader within the Tisch Cancer Center (TCC) at Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS). This position provides executive administrative leadership for all aspects of cancer-specific clinical research, ensuring alignment with the TCC's mission, research priorities, and strategic initiatives. The role is designed to enhance integration and efficiency across clinical research operations through a dual-reporting structure to both the TCC Associate Director of Clinical Research and the TCC Associate Director of Administration.
In this capacity, you will act as a vital liaison between investigators, Disease Focus Group members, and external partners, including pharmaceutical and clinical research organization leaders. Your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of clinical research by overseeing study start-up, feasibility reviews, and regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in preparing for P30 Cancer Center Support Grant applications and representing TCC clinical research across MSHS and in external forums.

Experience with the NCI-designated Clinical Protocol and Data Management operations and Protocol Review and Monitoring System.
