The Digital Products Configuration Management (DPCM) department, formerly known as Software Configuration Management (SWCM), provides innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement, and a skilled workforce. We support all digital products, which encompass a wide range of software types including embedded tactical software, Built-in Test (BIT) software, simulation tools, configurable logic, ASIC designs, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer for Test Equipment Support to join our onsite team in Andover, MA. In this role, you will be a critical partner in ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of our digital development lifecycle. You will manage the Digital Products Development Library, facilitate Digital Change Review Boards, and lead the coordination of complex digital product releases.

Your day-to-day will involve performing builds and releases, maintaining configuration planning and version control, and ensuring disaster recovery for test equipment. You will administer configuration management tools and DevSecOps platforms, while documenting standards for dependency management and build processes. This position requires close collaboration with functional and program leadership to ensure on-time delivery and strict adherence to configuration management execution.

Hiring Process & Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Candidates must be able to obtain an interim Secret clearance by day one.
