The Digital Products Configuration Management (DPCM) department, formerly known as Software Configuration Management (SWCM), provides innovative solutions through automation, continuous improvement, and a skilled workforce. We support all digital products, which encompass a wide range of software types including embedded tactical software, applications, Built-in Test (BIT) software, simulation tools, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models, and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software.

About the Role

We are hiring Senior Digital Product Configuration Management Engineers to join our onsite team in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you will be the guardian of our digital development lifecycle, ensuring the integrity, traceability, and security of all configuration items. You will facilitate Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs), manage development libraries, and lead the coordination of complex digital product releases. Your work ensures that functional and program leadership receive on-time delivery of high-quality digital assets, bridging the gap between development and operational security.

Hiring Process & Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) or the ability to obtain an interim clearance prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for these clearances. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) handles the clearance adjudication process.
