About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for DevOps who want to work with a dynamic and innovative team. You will partner with development teams to implement infrastructure, automate deployment processes, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our services. The position offers the opportunity to work on-site in Augusta, GA, supporting our Army customers directly.

- check_circleSupport development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS
- check_circleSupport development and deployment of non-cloud edge infrastructure on-premise and portable equipment
- check_circleAutomate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability of services
- check_circleManage and maintain Kubernetes containers and cloud infrastructure on AWS
- check_circleCollaborate with development teams to integrate applications into the infrastructure
- check_circleMonitor and troubleshoot production systems and resolve issues as necessary
- check_circleContinuously improve processes and tools to ensure high availability and performance
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance
- verifiedU.S. Citizenship
- verified15+ years DevOps/Software Development with Bachelor's (or 13 years with Master's, or 19 years with High School)
- verifiedStrong Linux system administration knowledge
- verifiedProficiency in Terraform and Ansible
- verifiedKnowledge of AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3, Lambda)
- verifiedAbility to develop in Python, Bash, or Go
- verifiedFamiliarity with Git and Flux
- verifiedDoD 8140/8570 compliance certification (e.g., Security+)
- verifiedAbility to work on-site in Augusta, GA 5 days a week
Nice to Have
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Hive, Drill, Impala, Trino, Presto, etc. Experience with containers EKS, Diode, CI/CD, and Terraform.
