As a Senior Database Administrator, you will join the Information Technology department to assist with administering all aspects of Microsoft SQL Server. This role is critical to our mission of delivering customized solutions that fit our clients' specific needs. You will be part of a team that appreciates collaboration and anticipates the needs of others to drive government innovation.
In this position, you will work on both large and small projects, handling multiple assignments concurrently. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, testing, and configuration of new hardware and software, as well as supporting visualization technologies. Your work will involve ensuring the integrity and performance of our database systems, often requiring extended hours of support when necessary. You will also be expected to document, explain, and present decisions and processes clearly to the team.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
