About the Role
As a Senior Data Scientist III, you will lead the design and validation of Agentic AI-driven product capabilities within the legal domain. This role goes beyond execution; it focuses on defining what to build and why. You will leverage machine learning, NLP, and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex legal workflows, driving experimentation and evaluation to translate validated approaches into scalable, customer-facing solutions.
In this position, you will partner closely with engineers, product teams, and legal experts to align technical solutions with user needs. A key component of the role involves coaching others to achieve high standards, establishing best practices for model evaluation, and providing technical leadership to the data science team. You will be at the forefront of defining agentic workflows and reasoning strategies for multi-step legal tasks, ensuring our AI solutions deliver real business impact.
