About the Role
We are seeking a Senior or Principal level Consultant to join our growing Software Asset Management practice. This position is designed to provide strategic advice to our expanding client base, focusing on software asset management, audit defense, and software licensing and contracting.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring client compliance with licenses, agreements, and contractual terms. The role involves scrutinizing audit findings for accuracy, developing robust defense and negotiation strategies, and performing risk assessments on complex licensing agreements. Additionally, you will guide clients in utilizing SAM tools to better track and manage their licenses while leveraging advanced data analysis skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a new office space. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or from our Lehi, UT office.
