About the Role
Hatch currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Site Construction Manager for various positions across the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for executing project assignments, coordinating and managing engineering and construction services, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget. You will lead assigned projects to ensure client satisfaction with the scope of work and schedule, while overseeing construction management services for heavy industrial, metals, or mining projects.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage Field Representatives and Project Managers
- check_circleReview shop drawings, render design drawings, and supervise the build phase
- check_circleTroubleshoot all phases of heavy construction and operations work
- check_circleSchedule contractors and required equipment
- check_circleGenerate pay applications, work directives, change orders, and project cost schedules
- check_circleOversee onsite quality including inspection of work and review of subcontractors' QA/QC programs
- check_circleExecute project assignments and ensure completion on time and on budget
- check_circleEstablish and maintain positive relationships with clients
Requirements
- verified10+ years of experience in Construction Management
- verifiedBachelor's or Technical Degree preferred
Nice to Have
Heavy industrial, metals, mining, or water and wastewater experience. Extensive site-based, multi-discipline construction management experience working on large-scale EPCM and EPC projects. Bachelor's or Technical Degree.
