As a Senior Compliance Analyst within the Sun Life U.S. Compliance Department, you will serve as a seasoned professional supporting compliance risk management programs across multiple U.S. Business Units. Your primary mission is to ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements while investigating and resolving matters of non-compliance to maintain ethical standards across the organization.
You will operate under the supervision of a Director and/or AVP, providing direct support for compliance program activities and day-to-day oversight of the Privacy Program. This role is critical to the health of our Privacy Program, focusing on complex privacy control activities such as privacy impact assessment reviews, privacy incident analysis, and horizon scanning evaluations. You will also support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and other regulatory matters as needed.

Team members and leaders are expected to foster connection and teamwork by being present in the office at least 2 days per week. This position requires weekly in-office attendance at a hub office location, though modest travel to other Sun Life offices in the U.S. and Canada may be required.
